4 Bedroom House in Galveston

Family beach house in the middle of the great Sea Isle neighborhood. 2 big lots fenced in with great neighbors. The house will sleep up to 10 people. New walk-in showers upstairs and downstairs and outdoor shower. New storm windows just installed in March 2022. See the Clay Walker Bar and Sandbar restaurant 2 blocks away easy walking distance(no driving necessary). There are queen size Crate Barrel beds in the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The very comfortable downstairs has a queen bed, QUEEN size bunk beds(yes queen size bunk beds) and a full size futon. All mattresses and pillows have hypoallergenic covers under the sheets. There are plenty of blankets and towels. There is additional $10 per person per night charge for more than 6 guests. Internet/WiFi, plenty of puzzles, board games, cards, etc. Smart TVs in living room and each bedroom. Huge deck and gas barbecue pit. Updated kitchen with amenities and a huge social bar and extra large dining table. Beach is 2 blocks away with a private parking lot for Sea Isle residents only. Marina and awesome restaurant/bar, kids park and full court basketball, tennis court, and neighborhood pool(open Memorial Day-Labor Day) are all located within 2 blocks of house. Yes you can hear the beach! This house is maintained and furnished better than most. CHECK OUR REVIEWS! Always updating little and big things because we listen to our tenants. We only accept small groups that will be staying at the house with rare exception. Absolutely no open invitation parties or more than the agreed upon paid inhabitants will be allowed without permission. A detailed description of your pet(s) may be required and could impact leasing this property. Check-in is 4:00 pm but all efforts are always made to allow earlier check-in if requested.

Summary: This is a house I would recommend to anyone that will be visiting Galveston. The house was clean, the yard is large and everything you need was supplied including toys!! The neighbors were friendly and started throwing footballs with my grandsons. I loved my stay !!

Summary: The owner had the best communication I have ever experienced! The house was just as described and the neighborhood is close to beach access. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again

Summary: The home is warm and welcoming….it more than met our needs. It’s was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The evening breezes on the upper deck were relaxing and enjoyed every night. Summary: This was the perfect weekend getaway with family! The location, the amenities of the property and the cool theme styled interior made for a most excellent stay in Galveston. Andrew was prompt with communication and was very hospitable. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Summary: Two moms and three 11 year old girls, plus one very happy dog stayed 4 nights here and had a great time. Beach was an easy 5 to 6 block walk away. Neighbor was friendly. Home is nicely decorated and supplied well. Beds were comfortable. The place was clean. I would go back.
